On Friday, July 29, the UWG Athletics Department will host the 2nd Annual Wolves Kickoff Classic, a charity golf tournament to benefit UWG Athletics and kick-start the new season.
The four-man scramble will be at the Oak Mountain Championship Golf Club in Carrollton. Registration will begin at 8 a.m., with the shotgun start scheduled for 9 a.m. The cost to play is $100 per person or $350 for a foursome, and includes 18 holes of golf, a cart, lunch and a chance to win door prizes.
The tournament will feature a putting challenge, several longest-drive holes and closest-to-the-pin challenges, a Hole-In-One Shootout and various raffles.
