The League of Women Voters of Carrollton and Carroll County will host a book signing and lecture by Stephen
Bradshaw, author of “Dear Diane: Letters from the First Gulf War,” Monday, July 25, at 7 p.m. at Neva Lomason Library.
A current instructor in the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, Bradshaw shares his recollection of life as a
deployed soldier in Saudi Arabia and Iraq in 1991 in his book through a compilation of letters he wrote to his wife during the Gulf War.
Bradshaw will sell and sign
books before the event at 6:30 p.m. and after.
