Big Night Coming to UWG

Please join us for the 14th annual Big Night: A Celebration of Undergraduate Research next Wednesday, April 18th at 7pm in the Campus Center Ballroom. Immediately following the 6 student presentations there will be an Awards Ceremony, Reception and Poster Display.

If you have students who would like to display other undergraduate research or creative projects in some type of visual format, please have them submit the attached form to me by 12pm this Friday, April 13, 2012.  We will have a judged "competition" of the research posters this year with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place monetary awards given. Only students who submit this form to me will be allowed to participate in the Big Night Poster session and therefore will also be the only participants eligible to receive the monetary awards.

Please encourage all of your students to attend this celebration of student achievement and scholarship at Big Night on Wednesday, April 18, 2012.  We will issue "Exit Tickets" to the attendees, so that you have the opportunity to offer your students extra credit should you choose to do so. Please let me know if there are any questions regarding this event.
