UWG Dept. of Psychology looking for study participants

The UWG Department of Psychology is looking for approximately 25 people who experience synesthesia (a fusion of senses – e.g., colored words or numbers; tasting shapes; spatially organized calendars, etc.) to take part in a study at the University of West Georgia. We are also looking for 25 people who do not experience synesthesia to take part.

If you decide to participate, you would be asked to fill out a questionnaire, and if you qualify for this study, come to the psychology department at UWG to take part in an experiment (an ESP task and a task which explores your imagination) and a short interview about your experiences and beliefs. Participants will receive a Barnes and Nobles voucher to thank them for their time.

Please contact Dr. Christine Simmonds-Moore for more information or to sign up for the study at csimmond@westga.edu or 678-839-5334.

You can also visit http://www.wix.com/csimmond/synesthesiastudy for more information.
