UWG Ranks Highly in Magazine Survey

The University of West Georgia has been ranked the No. 7 college or university in Georgia in an annual poll by James magazine rating the state's higher education institutions.

UWG was also rated a "Best Buy" and named to the magazine's Magna Cum Laude list, consisting of six institutions in a tier just behind the three that made Summa Cum Laude.
That honor was based on a review of national and regional rankings and consultations with education and business leaders in the state.
The magazine cited UWG as "an oasis of educational opportunity" and said "the school's quality is increasingly recognized."
James magazine is published monthly by Internet News Agency.

  1. There are so many surveys out there, that sometime you can feel like a survey monkey. Can't people just trust their instinct and hope for the best. Why should people care so badly what others think.
