YOUTH OF CARROLL COUNTY

SPARK is a cooperative intervention program between the Department of Juvenile Justice and the COE of the University of West Georgia. All proceeds will support special programs for Carroll County’s “at-risk” youth.
Dinner Entertainment: Lisdoonvarna (Celtic music) and John Backus in the main dining area.
Then in the back at the Moonshadow Music Hall: Seraphim Descending (Band members include: Eric Dodson, John Leibowitz, John Barry and Nicole Windsor)
