Author Kay a University of West Georgia graduate who also wrote "The Year The Lights Came On" and "To Dance With the White Dog," is going to be a guest speaker for the exclusive Reading Circle organization's centennial celebration. Kay will speak Thursday at 3:30 p.m. at the Centre for Performing and Visual Arts on Lower Fayetteville Road.
