Saturday's Softball Game Pushed Forward

The West Georgia softball team is set to play Delta State in doubleheader action now beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 21. The time has been pushed forward from its original time due to the West Fest Music Festival that will be held at the UWG Athletic Complex on April 21 beginning at 3 p.m.

The Wolves and Lady Statesmen faced one another earlier this season on March 31 where they split on the day. The Wolves took the first game of the day by the score of 7-5 but the Lady Statesmen came back to win the second game 8-2. Saturday's game was originally scheduled for 1 p.m.

Jay Ungar and Molly Mason
